swimming in laguna

we had fun last saturday! we left manila at round 10:30am and got thereby 12noon. the ride was hassle free coz traffic was light .we settled at hacienda"R" resort in pansol, laguna. it's nearer and the good thing was no one was there. we had the two large pools all to ourselves.we were starving when we got there. we had lunch while lance was already swimming in the pool with his yaya... middle affternoon rainshower started to pour, i enjoyed it, i really love the rain you know! it reminds me of a lot of wonderful things... i thought it's gonna spoil the fun,but it's okay coz it's just makes the moment so condusive to daydream, feeling the rainshowers on my face, and just watching the raindrops fall on the water... what a weekend!

i was suppose to posts some of our pictures but unfortunately something 's wrong with my GPRS connection, i can't send MMS to my email. kainis! i already called Smart hotline and even drop by at the wirelesss center, but they can't figured it out. it's been three weeks already.... i'm tired of calling the hotline. they would just tell me to turn my cell on & off and wait for 24 hours.... blah blah blah... but still it doesn't work!!!

yehey!

i'm too excited to go swimming tomorrow! lance will surely enjoy... there's a lot of nice pools in pansol, laguna. our favorite is palm springs coz the place is really clean and private. im crossing my fingers & hoping it will not rain tomorrow or else we'll be swimming under the rain...

by the way, my te' itang called today, she will be going home this september for good. i already booked her plane ticket going to Davao, i bet she really misses her family that's why she decided to come home...

i got this beautiful poem from the book "chicken soup for the woman's soul". it's about a busy mom who barely had time for his little boy, i was touched by the mother's longing to be with his son, i wanna share this with mother's like me...

unhappy thoughts

this week a lot of unhappy thoughts has been bothering me, especially here in the office. i think my attendance is being monitored already, my DTR has marks on it, i overheard someone talking about it. at first i thought i was just paranoid... but later i found out it was really me... haay! daghan jud masi dri office uy. anyway, i'd better be careful nalang. infact, i wake up as early as 5am this morning and got here by 6:50am.

he promise to take us out this weekend. thank God! i really need a break. i'm too excited for my lil boy. i know he'd really want to go swimming... again! after our calamcam beach escapade last month. he really loves the water so much... i'll cook our favorite baon 'chicken pork aloha' , shrimps and bangus steak.. yummy! i just hope the rain won't spoil the fun, it's been raining almost everyday lately...

sunday night!

last night i watched the last episode of "outback jack". as expected, jack chose natalie to be the last girl to join him in his journey. poor marissa! she's a sport. though hurting inside, she still manage to say " i want you to be happy, Jack". so there goes my fave tv reality show...

i was surfing channels from hbo to disney channel but find nothing interesting, i wanted to sleep early coz it's a sunday. we have a flag raising ceremony every monday. i leave at around 6am... but can't sleep yet, my lil boy was still wide awake, playing and reading his new books ( i bought him new books and flash cards), my eyes were so tired already, ididn't realize i was asleep na, i was awaken by the noise of cymbals (his ninang jana gave him a band playset last christmas), he was banging it while trying to sleep... he was lying beside me with those weary eyes, and it was 2:30am already. grabee ka talaga Lance, insomniac baby he he he... i put the lights off and after 30 mins or so he went zzzzzzzzzzzzzzz....

my alarm clock went wee! wee! wee! by 5am, nah! i'm not still halfway my sleep. my body isn't moving, ang sarap p matulog... but my mind is telling me i should get up and take a bath or else... half day na naman! i was dragging myself to the bathroom and i was out after fifteen minutes. i got to the office at 6:26am, it's unusual for me to arrive that early, i usually get here at 7am or one hour late... nakakahiya nga eh, what will i do with my lil boy? he barely sleeps early... hu hu hu poor mommy!

this one's taken at villa arcadia resort in calamcam. it's the famous place in my hometown. it brings back a lot of happy memories from childhood till now...

last july 14, we (me & lance)we went home in time for our fiesta. my sis nikki was also there. it was like a family reunion. we had a great time watching the mardi gras festival, band parade, strolling around the plaza and meeting friends and relatives. and of course eating a lot... lechon was the queen of the table yum, yum, yum... nikki prepared her famous buko pandan salad, twa's a bestseller...

we spent all afternoons at the beach, lance was super excited to see the blue waters of calamcam beach. he could not take his hands off the fine white sand. he's not afraid to go deep in the water.the moment we get there he'd find his way to the water and no one can take him out from there. that's why he'd always end up asleep. wawa c intoy ug janiboy. lance was as heavy as a log... it was all fun, we took a lot of shots using my phone coz i forget to bring my camera...

im looking forward to spend christmas at home again, plan an overnight at villa arcadia...lance really love the pool there, especially the hot & cold shower... and get together with my close friends. i havent' seen them during my stay....

i've been following this tv reality show "outback jack!" it's awesome. jack has to chose among the twelve sexy and beautiful women vying for his attention. their adventures in the outback made it more exciting and different from all other reality shows. my favorite is marissa ( though all the other girls hate her) and maria. they're both very beautiful. and i think jack is drawn to both of them. i was so happy, both of them stayed up to the final three, with natalie.i'd watch reruns of the show up to 2am. im really a fan...

the last episode, maria's eliminated. next week, jack has to chose between nat and marissa. i was browsing the net yesterday and i found out who jack eventually chose. the airing here is too late, that's why i hadn't had any clue... it wasn't who i expected to be. it was natalie! and they're engaged to be married this October... newei, i'd still be watching the finale this weekend and get upset! ( affected talaga me)...

my baby's sick..

It all started with me. last tuesday, i was down with flu due to my tonsilitis. on the way home, i was chilling already. i had my med. (bioflu- it really works). i couldn't get near my lil boy. he would hug and kiss me whenever i get home from work. i wanted to play with him before going to bed, but i'm too weak. i dozed off to bed as soon as i get upstairs in our room. i woke up at around 2am, lance was asleep already, with his head on my tummy..

when he woke up the following morning ( wednesday) he's feverish already, i gave him tempra syrup, his temperature reached 38.5. by thursday pm, he's already well. i thought it's over. friday night, his nose bleeds. I PANIC! i was on my way home when Intoy called, as soon as i get to the door, i saw blood driping from his nose. i was scared! good thing, it settled after a minute.

saturday morning, i woke up and found Lance feverish again, i called his Dad and told him we should get him to the hospital. i called my mom and i foulnd out that nosebleed is a symptom of Dengue. so there, we went to his pedia and he undergo CBC. i pity him. he really cried out loud throughout the process. Thank GOD! he's test results shows no sign of Dengue, it's due to bacterial infection & he's given anti-bacterial medications, we'll take him back to the docotr after a week. i also would like to check his hearing and speech capabilities...

right now, his doing well.. so well, that all he wanna do is PLAY, PLAY & PLAY...

lazy weekend...

i practically sleep the whole weekend. saturday morning, i woke up at around 11am, my son was playing with my credit cards, my make up bag and other stuffs in my bag were scattered on bed. i have no choice but to get up . after lunch we watched tv and after an hour or two we went upstairs and fall asleep till 4pm. guess what? we stayed awake until 3am. i was actually waiting for his call. but he didn't. lance was still full of energy, running around the room and playing with his toys while i watched my favorite channel "etc". i could stay all day watching all their shows. sunday morning, we woke up at around 11:30am. whew! we ate lunch. it rained until late afternoon. it's cold and the dark clouds make it so condusive to sleep. we sleep until 5:30pm. i almost missed "the buzz". my tummy was rumbling, i cooked spaghetti and Intoy bought barbeque at the famous bb-q stand along villegas street, right beside our place, with a bottle of coca cola. we had an early dinner.
